Luke HarrisBootycamp Personal Trainer

Luke is the youngest member of the team at just 18 and is a huge inspiration.  After breaking his back Luke got back to full fitness and beyond.  He practices capoeira and loves handstands and good food.  His back injury changed his perception of fitness and his philosophy now is about staying mobile and strong.

What do you bring to BootyCamp?

I eat like a healthy king, I train every day to be usefully strong and I keep my mobility and speed to their maximum.  I know I can inspire you to do the same.  My journey is living proof that it is possible to overcome adversity and come out better and stronger.  No matter where you are starting from health, strength and fitness is achievable.
